the public bath on the 2nd floor i found enjoyable. the water pressure was also very good. the staff were helpful. one day it rained and they gave me an umbrella i could use.

the room i stayed in was very small. i booked it for three people but it only fit two. this felt very disappointing. the breakfast protocols i found inconvenient.

The entrance lobby IS beautiful. Subway entrances and convenience stores ARE right nearby. Vending machines ARE on several levels. I HAD an amazing view from the bedroom window!

The check-in procedure USED a computer screen with staff assistance. I THINK staff could complete it more quickly.

subway station helpful staff onsen bonus comfy bed

this spot is so close to the subway station, travel is easy! staff are helpful, i had no problems! the onsen rules, what a bonus! the bed is seriously comfy, i slept like a rock.

the pool isn't free , bummer!

the hotel is just across from the metro station so major attractions are super easy to reach. shibuya and shinjuku are also really close by, transport is a piece of cake. i loved it.

i thought the breakfast buffet was such a treat, wow! there were japanese and western options that looked fresh and tasted delicious. i definitely used it as my energy before my long day.

the room was cleaned every three days, i found it clean and efficient for my needs. it was cozy, but there wasn't much storage space. i wasn't really in my room, i was out exploring most of the time!

i was really impressed by the professional staff, they know their stuff. luggage storage after checkout was helpful. the restaurant on the ground floor serves great lunch, don't miss it.

subway station great location convenience store nearby onsen addition small room size mattress quality breakfast protocols

the location is amazing, i tell you! it is super close to the subway station. plenty of convenience stores were nearby too, it really help. the onsen was great, i used it after long walks every day.

the room was small, honestly. breakfast was with strict rules, like, i needed vouchers every morning, so annoying.
